1. Login to blogger and create a new static page on your blog, for a forum, for example see below -

2. Now create a new forum for free at Nabble

Then Just go to edit the forum page you have created "http://yourblog.blogspot/p/forum.html" ,Edit it in html mode

Then Just place this code in it

Adjust the hight as per your convinent

PASTE_CODE_FROM_NABBLE_HERE

6. Now replace PASTE_CODE_FROM_NABBLE_HERE with code you copied from Nabble (saved in notepad)
